If you are falling out the back, an easy fix is to control the actions of the left arm!!!
When working out the back, think about the left hand, knee, and foot working as “one unit” into the middle!
Working as one unit will create a sense of control for the athlete and allow them to direct their energy through the circle in an efficient manner!
