The myth that vegans are weak is truly ridiculous.
Weโve proven time and time again that being vegan does NOT limit your strength, and we actually might as well be BETTER athletes because of it because we donโt have the increased health risks that eating animal products gives you.
Donโt listen to the trolls. When someone else tries to bring you down and spreads hate, it likely means they arenโt happy with themselves and have nothing better to do than to bring others down with them.
