Blame it on Amazon’s shipping or something 😉 Vacancies don’t stop for holidays and I was adamant about wanting to fill this unit before 2026. After all the tours today, looks like the work will pay off. Multiple people were interested (which is nice). But I operate as first come, first serve so my first applicant will have 24 hrs uncontested before I move on to the next applicant. That’s another beauty of “cluster investing.” With a lot of similar units you can start collecting a wait list of interested tenants when you know someone is moving out.
