It has been a long journey these last 5 years making videos for social media at the Sacramento History Museum. Five years ago this week, we reached 10,000 followers on @TikTok. This week, we reached 2.9 million! In this video, Jared letterpress printed our latest follower update using a linoleum cut of the TikTok logo with “2.9 MILLION ” typeset in 60 point Caslon type below. This was printed with black rubber base ink using our Washington hand press. While we may have videos on other platforms, all of our videos are on TikTok!
