⚠️☝🏼 I do not want to see another sloth dragging a** with a ton of weights on the sled. If you can't accelerate = it's too heavy for you and it's a waste of time. Becuase if simply strength or hypertrophy is your goal, then do some that effectively builds that.❗️❗️❗️ [deadlift, squats, legpress, etc.]
The sled push while targeting the quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and core it is focused on improving acceleration and sprint speed, often used for conditioning or athletic performance enhancement. 🦵💥🏃🏻♂️💨
