Yesterday, Pennsylvania was struck by a crippling ice storm with accumulations approaching a half inch and lead to travel chaos along I-80 in Clearfield and surrounding areas. Multiple accidents eventually lead to several closures of I-80 and as traffic was diverted around, it too lead to snarled traffic as semis struggled through the hilly terrain through smaller communities and as PDOT would clear one scene, more semis would get stuck not even a mile down the road. #pennsylvania #icestorm #ice #drone #journalism
