In motherhood, making your own self-care a priority with all of your other responsibilities can be hard - but it’s not impossible! How do you make time for wellness in this season of your life?
When my husband is away, I have to be very intentional about how I spend the limited time when I have help with the kids. I often feel like there’s simply not enough time in the day to fit everything in - because there isn’t. What’s worked well for me is finding ways to pretty much do two things at once to make sure to cover as many bases as possible.
I started playing tennis (there’s a whole story behind this that I’m share on my weekly vlog) which has become something that I really enjoy and look forward to. It’s fun, there’s a social aspect to it since I’ve gotten to meet and play with different people, and it also keeps me active.
