Mark Wahlberg eats a high-protein breakfast every morning that would likely get a big thumbs-up from longevity researchers.
In an Instagram post, the 54-year-old said he always starts the day with three hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs with turkey pieces, a side of salmon drizzled with lemon and what looks like olive oil, and a bowl of blueberries.
"Same old, same old, every day," the "Ted" star, who is known for his strict wellness routine and daily 4 a.m. workouts, said.
