Mark Wahlberg eats a high-protein breakfast every morning that would likely get a big thumbs-up from longevity researchers. In an Instagram post, the 54-year-old said he always starts the day with three hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs with turkey pieces, a side of salmon drizzled with lemon and what looks like olive oil, and a bowl of blueberries.
