FLOOD UPDATE 😃🫠 soooo basically management got back to me and sent some people out today - while I was told a mold specialist was coming, no mold testing was done so tbd on that 🤨 they did cut into the wall and there is basically a whole ecosystem of soil and roots in there - our guess is from the cracks in the roof improperly draining into the walls?? then the soil gets moist when it rains which is why mold formed behind my wall art? PERHAPS? ⤵️ Anywho, we were told we will get “credits” (whatever that means) but I’m still going through insurance and waiting to hear from the city (and have my own mold kit on the way) 👀 For now we turned our bedroom into my temporary office while we figure out next steps.
