This Beyond Bulgogi Rice Bowl is exactly what you should have for dinner tonight

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup light soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated or minced
1 package Beyond Beef
1 small onion, sliced
Sesame seeds
Green onion, sliced
8 bok choy leaves or your choice of veg, blanched
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl or cup mix together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, light brown sugar, honey or agave, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
3. In a lightly oiled large pan over medium heat, add onions and sauté until translucent. Add Beyond Beef and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
4. Add the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until reduced.
5. Serve with white rice, blanched veggies and optionally garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
