Shoutout out to vegan.soph for the original reel 💚 I just want to take a moment and thank all of the vegans that came before us - the ones who paved the way for us which includes more and more vegan options coming to grocery stores to make it easier for us today. I went vegan 20 years ago which my only options at grocery stores were rice milk and *sometimes* tofu. We’ve come a long way since then, with all of these mock meats, vegan cheeses, and more varieties of plant milks - including even vegan ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s.
