My 5 S Routine that will CHANGE your mornings ↓
I don’t follow this in a perfect order. I just make sure they all happen at some point before the day gets away from me.
1. Steps + sunlight
So great for your circadian rhythm, hormone regulation, and it’s just a nice way to get your steps in early. I love to listen to a podcast & take a coffee walk in the AM.
2. Strength
Doesn’t have to be just strength training, but it does have to make you STRONGER. A quick lift, Pilates, a run or any movement that makes you feel strong > scrolling on your phone. I’ve been going to equinox & also love doing classes on classpass !! But a run is always a go to (obsessed with these brooksrunning shoes lately!)
3. Supplements
The boring-but-necessary part that future-you always thanks you for. I highly recommend figuring out what you NEED instead of stacking a bunch of things you probably don’t… I take milamendhealth & ancientandbrave & cymbiotika & promix
