6’1 Frank Phillips College sophomore combo guard Don Escobar has played a key role in his first half of the season showing his ability to get others involved, shoot the ball, push the tempo, and play off two feet at a high level before the start of conference in the WJCAC, while averaging 12 ppg on 52.2% from the field, 3.2 APG, and 2.9 RPG with a few big outings including 20 points, going 4-5 from the 3pt line against ranked #16 Dodge City CC.
