2025 was a year of GROWTH. Years after tearing my ACL and graduating from college gymnastics, I still felt unfulfilled. I knew I had something to offer, but didn’t know how to share it. At the beginning of 2025, I hired a business coach and took a leap that changed everything: I launched Gymnastics Mindset Mastery. It pushed me way outside my comfort zone, and the impostor syndrome hit harder than ever. But once I launched… everything shifted. People started joining. Messages poured in about gymnasts overcoming fears, breaking through years of mental blocks, and stepping into newfound confidence 😭❤️ For the first time, I can truly say I feel more fulfilled than ever. I’m making a real difference, and that feeling is indescribable. I’m endlessly grateful for this community and so excited for bigger and better things in 2026.
