We wrapped up our 2025 Hip Hop Winter Workshop last weekend and brought the heat back into the studios! From passion and rawness to community and connection, the energy was unmatched. Dancers explored everything from popping and breaking to battling, using individuality and personality to elevate movement and push street dance to the next level. A huge thank you to Artistic Directors and owners of our partner shakethegroundcomp, Lissette lissettelucas_ and David Lucas for creating one of our most fun and inspiring workshops yet. A big shoutout to Faculty Lead, Trix trixent8 and his incredible lineup of choreographers for sharing their wisdom, experience, and artistry with the next generation of dancers right here in the heart of New York City.
