These are lifts I do the most: 1. Pull-ups — this exercise isolates the lats and adds perfect resistance (body weight). Your back does more for you than you know. Train it to be strong! 2. Hang cleans — I’ve always loved Olympic lifts because of the direct correlation to mechanics and mindset. It all stems from the core and CNS. These have helped me generate more power when running and lifting. 3. HEAVY sled pulls — If you’ve ever had knee, back, quad (I can go on forever) pain, this exercise will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
