Ingredients
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup oil or melted butter
• ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
• ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1¾ cups King Arthur Gluten-Free 00 Flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• ½ cup zero-sugar chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.
3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7. Cool, slice, and enjoy.
