We will be having a Sister Centered Reflection with guest speaker Sister Anaya Walker! Anaya Walker embraced Islam at the age of 18 and began a remarkable journey in pursuit of sacred knowledge. From Istanbul, where she studied Sira, the History of Prophets, Adab, and Quranic sciences, to the Madina Institute in Georgia, where she delved into Usul al-Fiqh, Hadith, and Aqidah, and finally Sudan, where she refined her Arabic, Anaya’s path reflects both devotion and discipline. With a background in Psychology and now a Master’s candidate in Islamic Chaplaincy at Bayan Islamic Graduate School, she brings together intellectual rigor and deep spiritual care.
