Having redesigned the logo a few years ago, US Club Soccer Creative Manager, Robin Pinger, analyzed the significance of the id2 brand. The revamped mark brings a modern and simplified look to the iconic program. These updates have enabled it for broader usage amidst the expansion of id2 programming as announced last summer.
Historically targeting a single age group – U-14 boys and girls – US Club Soccer’s new id2 programming will expand to include multiple age groups to accelerate its impact in creating more opportunity for late developing players.
Launched in 2004, the id2 Program is open to all players regardless of U.S. Soccer affiliation or lack thereof. There is no cost to players to be identified for or participate in the id2 Program. For id2 Training Camps, all lodging, meals and training gear are provided at no cost by US Club Soccer and Nike.
