Break your twenty most recent ads into 3 pieces.

The first is your hook.
ㅤ
The hook is where you spend most of your ad dollar. This is whatever your viewer sees or hears in the first 3 seconds. Write down what each ads hook is.

Then, number 2, look at your message. What are the meat and potatos of this ad? What about your product do you show and tell? Write down which key benefits you talked about in each ad.

Number 3, now I bet most of you think the third thing i'll say is call to action (the CTA) right, but actually no. The third thing is i want you to look at is format.

What TYPE of ad is this? Is it a high production video ad, is it a short UGC style video, is it a static banner ad?
