Running Day 14 Wasn’t feeling good yesterday after my run so I didnt want to push it today, but went to the gym and started with an incline walk. After that I felt good and decided to start a run! Feeling great now, hopefully I feel much better tomorrow 🤞🏽 #running #runtok #series
