INGREDIENTS
1 cup kimchi, finely chopped then drained (150g)
3.5oz medium firm tofu, drained
1 package Beyond Beef
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
~36 Dumpling wrappers
2 tbsp chili crisp
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
PREPARATION
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together chopped kimchi, tofu, Beyond Beef, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce until combined.
2. Place a tablespoon of filling into the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold the dumpling in half and begin pleating from one side to the other. Make sure they are sealed completely.
3. Add a few tablespoons of oil to a nonstick pan. Arrange one layer of dumplings to the pan and fry on medium heat for 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
