Wanna make them obsessed with you? Make them some creme brûlée!! Recipe below: Creme brûlée 2 cups heavy cream 1 vanilla bean 5 yolks 1/2 cup granulated sugar Pre-heat the oven to 325ºF. Place the heavy cream in a small saucepan. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise, remove the seeds and put them in the pan with the cream. Also put the pod in the mixture. Cook over medium heat until the cream starts bubbling. Turn the heat off and cover the pan, let it sit for at least 10 minutes. This will infuse the cream with the vanilla beans. Meanwhile whisk the sugar with the yolks until the mixture is light and falling off the whisk in a ribbon. If the cream got cold, re-heat it gently. Discard the vanilla pod. Pour 1/2 cup of the cream into the yolk/sugar mixture, whisking non-stop. Continue to pour the cream into the sugar and yolk mixture until it’s all combined.
