📝 Ingredients — Yields 2 Sandwiches
• 6 large eggs
• ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
• 2 tsp milk
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp pepper
• 2 green onion, diced
• 4 slices milk bread
• 2 tbs butter, room temperature for spreading

1. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes. Then remove and place in ice bath immediately.
2. After cooling for a few minutes, gently peel the eggs.
3. Slice in half and separate yolks from the egg whites.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the egg yolks, kewpie mayo, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth with a fork. Then Gently fold in the diced whites and green onion.
