Pulled Pork Taquitos! Crispy, crunchy deliciousness!!

SALSA:
• 1 jalapeño
•4-5 tomatoes
• 6 cloves garlic
• 1/2 white onion, chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• salt to taste

TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Boil tomato, jalapeño and garlic for 10-15 minutes until skin is peeling off tomato. Remove and let cool.
2️⃣ Add tomato, jalapeño and garlic to blender along with chicken bouillon cube. Blend until semi smooth. Add in cilantro and onion. Season to taste with salt.

TAQUITO TIPS:
🚨 No cheese in your meet mixture. It burns and causing the ingredients to ooze it.
🚨Hold taquitos in place with tongs for a few seconds to prevent opening. Can also use a toothpick.
🚨 Mexican crema makes all the difference. It’s not just watered down sour cream folks.
🚨 Freeze after rolling if you want to make ahead.
