🔥Not. Messing. Around.🔥 (tearing up a bit as I’m writing this) I normally don’t post my workouts, but today, I wanted to post this one. I walked out of the gym today feeling SO empowered and proud of myself. Thinking back to May 2022 (the start of my weight loss journey), pushing a prowler down the turf was SO difficult for me to do. Doing 200m on the SkiErg machine was ROUGH🤣. And I look at the fitness level where I am now… running half marathons, working out 6 days a week doing very intense workouts, wow. I’m so unbelievably proud of myself.
