COACHING CUES โ๐ผ
Focus on moving with controlled speed today, fast but smooth in reps and transition. The goal should be to maintain the same speed in the 3rd amrap as you did in the first. It may be more difficult than usual for you to generate speed in the strict hspu because of the OHS shoulder compression. Make sure you are anticipating this and bracing your core appropriately in the hspu to maximize time under tension.
OH Squat
Aim for unbroken sets, but do not rush the sets. Move with good form and reach full range of motion.
HSPU
You can do them strict or kipping. Choose the variation that allows you to keep moving fast for the entire 5 rounds.
Double-unders
Relax your shoulders and focus on breathing.
