Lemon Curd recipe! The easiest way to make curd in my opinion is not using a double boiler. It just takes forever with the double boiler and I don’t find the results to be as thick. I also like to use whole eggs instead of just yolks because just the yolks often make an eggy tasting curd and I don’t enjoy that very much. This curd is thick, easy to make, and delicious! I use it on my cupcakes, macarons, and cakes! I’ve been making this recipe forever and have had so many people who make my recipes tell me it’s the best curd they’ve made!
