Miso butter pastina - one of a few more comfort recipes before I dive head first into all things green and all things spring đź’š
This pasta is a variation of some miso recipes you’ve seen before (creamy miso soup! Miso mac!) but that’s just because this technique is the MOST delicious. Bonus points for it also being the most simple. It’s a hybrid of a béchamel and a one-pot pasta, giving you brothy, easy and creamy, all in a Dutch oven.
And of course, my VO touches on a few things I’ve been noticing lately, within food trends and outside of them. There are always a million caveats to my chatty VOs…which is probably why I need a podcast to contain myself??
