Happy Pi Day! Cheez-It is the apple of our pie 🥧😃 Enjoy our cheezy take on this classic recipe:   For the crust:   2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 cups Cheez-It Crackers 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 ½ tsp kosher salt 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed ⅓ cup ice water 1 large egg, whisked For the filling:   8 large Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled, and sliced into 1/4-inch slices ½ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground nutmeg ¼ tsp ground allspice ½ tsp kosher salt 1 lemon, juiced Instructions:   In a food processor, pulse Cheez-It Crackers until finely ground. Add flour, sugar, and salt, and pulse to combine. Add butter and pulse until the mixture reaches pea-sized crumbles. Slowly stream in water while pulsing until the dough comes together but is still shaggy.   Divide the dough into two equal pieces and shape into flat discs.
