This Chinese egg fried rice is SO easy, delicious, and can be made in under 10 minutes! It’s a super affordable dish and pairs with just about everything. Tag someone who needs this easy recipe in their weeknight recipe arsenal. 📝 Ingredients ▢ 3 cups cooked jasmine rice cold at least 1 day old ▢ 3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided ▢ 4 large eggs whisked ▢ ¼ teaspoon salt ▢ 3 stalks green onion chopped white and green parts separated ▢ 2 cloves garlic minced ▢ 2 tablespoon soy sauce ▢ ½ tablespoon sesame oil ▢ ¼ teaspoon white pepper 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Once soft scramble remove and set aside. 2. Saute garlic and green onion (white stalk) with about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat until fragrant. 3. Add they day old rice.
