📝 Ingredients
â–˘ 3 cups cooked jasmine rice cold at least 1 day old
â–˘ 3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
â–˘ 4 large eggs whisked
â–˘ ÂĽ teaspoon salt
â–˘ 3 stalks green onion chopped white and green parts separated
â–˘ 2 cloves garlic minced
â–˘ 2 tablespoon soy sauce
▢ ½ tablespoon sesame oil
â–˘ ÂĽ teaspoon white pepper
👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions
1. Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Once soft scramble remove and set aside.
2. Saute garlic and green onion (white stalk) with about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Add they day old rice. Break up any clumps and toss to combine until heated through. About 4 minutes.Â
