MT&F: 2023 NCAA DIII Indoor National Championships Recap ⚡️⬇️ This past weekend (March 10-11), the John Carroll Men’s Track & Field Team sent their biggest contingency ever to an Indoor National Championship Meet. Here’s how the Blue Streaks did: 🔹Alex Phillip finished National Runner-Up in both the 5k (13:52.29) and 3k (8:02.46), earning 16 total team points. His 5k ranks #4 All-Time in DIII History, while his 3k performance ranks #5 All-Time (he already holds the #1 mark in both events). Both of his times rank #2 in DIII National Championship history. 🔸Basheer Alramahi earned 3rd place in the 400m final (6 team points) in a new school record time of 47.79 seconds. His time is the #10 fastest in National Championship history. 🔹The 4x400m relay final consisting of Doyle, Clark, Gast, and Alramahi placed 6th (3 team points).
