🗣 “I was riding Lèige when Bernard Hinault won in 1980. There was heavy snow coming out of Lèige and only 21 riders finished. I got off with 15km to go and have never been so cold. Other than that, it’s a lovely race and I have some good memories, especially winning it”.
This weekend marks the 107th edition of the oldest cycling monument, Liège-Bastogne-Liège With 4,500 meters of elevation across 259 kilometers, it's set to be an absolute cracker. 🏁

"For me the top three riders are Julian Alaphilippe, Primoz Roglic, and Tadej Pogacar. All three are going well and it's hard to see past them. Alaphilippe has a point to prove after what happened last year, and he seems to be coming into the race with some good form.
