🍓 strawberry cheesecake cupcakes🍓 Topped with strawberry cheesecake frosting, featuring a Graham cracker crust and a buttery and fluffy vanilla cupcake! This was also meant to be in my fantastic filled cupcakes book and it was my husbands favorite cupcake that I made for the book (I made over 60 flavors at the time) So that’s saying something! Eventually this cupcake didn’t make it into the book (like the cannoli ones) because that chapter was the shortest one and got cut out due to space. But like I said I couldn’t let the recipe go to waste as it must be shared with the world because it’s such a delicious amazing cupcake recipe!!! And now it’s strawberry season in Florida!
