Mashed Potatoes, 4 cups
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, ½ cup
Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp
Ground lamb or turkey, 1 lb
Salt and pepper, to taste
Frozen peas and carrots, 1 bag (10 oz)
Chopped chives, optional
🍀 Preheat oven to 375°F.
🍀 In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with the dressing until smooth.
🍀 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground meat, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spatula, until the meat is browned, about 5 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper,
🍀 If needed, drain any excess fat from the meat mixture, then stir in the frozen peas and carrots. Pour the mixture into a 1½-quart baking dish and spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top; bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until golden.
