Homemade Tuna poke bowl! They look so complicated and with a lot of components, but they are super easy to make them at home. The star of the dish of course marinated tuna which can be done ahead of time. What’s left is only to assemble the bowl.

1 lb of tuna sushi grade cut into cubes
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp gochujang sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Dressing
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice
.

Precooked rice
Avocado
Carrots
Cucumber
Strawberries
Scallions
Cilantro

Marinate tuna with the above ingredients and let it chill for a couple of hours. Build your bowl with rice, veggies, tuna and finish with scallions and spicy mayo dressing. Have fun🥰
