12 oz spaghetti
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce or Maagi
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon MSG (optional)
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 stalks green onion chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
1. Boil spaghetti til al dente according to the package instructions. Save ¼ cup of pasta water.
2. In a large skillet over medium low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown and fragrant about 3-4 minutes. Then stir in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, msg and brown sugar. Stir until combined. Add the green onion and sauté for 30 seconds.
