Growing up, Adam’s Lolo would spend HOURS making dinuguan, that’s because of the long / tedious process it takes to cook the ingredients to its perfect / delicious form we know and love as dinuguan or as some know it as ‘chocolate’ meat because of its dark color of the sauce.
Dinuguan is so special to us 🤎🖤 it’s savory, spice and sour, all simmered together might sound like too much for some palates, but for dinuguan lovers, the complex flavors of this dish keep us coming back for more. 💫
