FISH GRILLING TIPS:

🔥 1 cup soy sauce
🔥 2 cloves chopped garlic
🔥 1 inch chopped ginger
🔥 3 scallions, thinly sliced
🔥 zest and juice of 1 lime
🔥 1 tbsp hot sauce of your choice
🔥 1 tbsp brown sugar
