4 sheets frozen Korean fish cake
1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup carrot julienned
3 cloves garlic minced
3 stalks green onions cut into 2 inch pieces
Sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon mirin rice wine
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Gochugaru
Garnish
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

1. Blanch the fish cakes in boiling water for 30 seconds to thaw.
2. In a small mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, rice wine, honey, and gochugaru. Mix until combined. Add extra gochugaru if you love heat 🌶
