Method
1️⃣ Season the shit outta your meat with whatever beef rub you like.
2️⃣ Smoke between 225 and 275 until the bark has formed/crust has set.
3️⃣ Wrap in a foil pan to tenderize. Use what you have and like.
4️⃣ place back on the smoker and cook until tender… a toothpick or thermometer should go in like butter.
