Beef short ribs 💦 The juice is loose!

Method:
1️⃣ Season the shit outta your meat. I used gustusvitae “pinky poppin umami”. If you’re using a binder, use one that adds flavor like the_w_sauce_offocial
2️⃣ Smoke at 250-275 until the bark has set. Depending on your smoker this could be 2 hours, it could be 4. I used the pitbarrel and jealousdevilcharcoal
3️⃣ When the bark has set, wrap it tightly to tenderize and place it back on until it’s tender. This took 1.5 hours and it temped at 213 for those curious.
4️⃣ Let rest before slicing. I used my dalstrong scimitar
