Iced Ube Latte

đ Ingredients
Vietnamese Coffee
⢠1/2 cup Vietnamese coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
⢠2 tablespoons condensed milk
⢠1/4 cup of preferred milk choice
⢠Ice
Ube Cold Foam
⢠2 tablespoons heavy cream
⢠2 tablespoons coconut milk or milk of choice
⢠1/2 teaspoon sugar
⢠1/8 teaspoon ube extract
âď¸ Instructions
1. In a serving glass, add freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee, condensed milk, and milk. Mix until combined. Set aside and let chill.
2. In a measuring cup with a spout, add heavy cream, coconut milk, and ube extract. Froth the ube cold foam with a handheld milk frother until it reaches a softly whipped consistency.
