The transition from music to sport has been interesting so far. And a bit of a learning curve in many ways. But in others, it just felt completely natural.
So i thought I'd share some slightly unusual tips that I feel aren't talked about enough or are simply so important that need to be repeated 🤭
1. Check your equipment
Few thing will ruin your fay faster than missing memory cards, or finding out your batteries are empty.
2. Get some rest
Come go time, you'll spend a lot of time on your feet and on the move, make sure to R&R whenever you have a chance.
3. Hydrate
Pretty self explanatory. And something I consistently forget myself. Working on it tho.
4. Exercise
Hockey photography is a work out. Heavy equipment, long days... train for it like your life depended on it, your back will thank you.
5. Be nice
