Funny how time moves. Some of these young men I have been shooting since freshman year, some since the freshman team days, so pulling up for Jesuit Basketball Senior Night meant everything. These relationships go way beyond the court for me. I always say my boys keep me on my toes, but the truth is they pour just as much love back into me as I give to them. Seeing them and their families continue to support my journey means more than any stat line ever could. Saturday uptown during the parades, my friends were laughing because Jesuit guys kept coming up to dap me up. Not going to lie, being seen and respected by them felt powerful. Just know the feeling is mutual. This love stretches far beyond Jesuit. Every school, every athlete, every family. I appreciate yall more than words can hold.
