HISTORY. MADE. 😤 keely.hodgkinson runs a SENSATIONAL 1:54.87 800m for the win at the 2026 Meeting Hauts-de-France in Liévin, SHATTERING a nearly 24-year-old world record set by Jolanda Čeplak on Hodgkinson’s exact birthday, March 3, 2002. Hodgkinson improved her indoor PB by 1.5 seconds in just five days, skipping the 1:55s entirely to become the first woman in history to run 1:54 indoors. She split 26.80, 56.01 (29.21), 1:25.06 (29.50), 1:54.87 (29.81) en route to the historic victory. Hodgkinson, the 2024 Olympic champion, now owns both the world indoor records over 600m and 800m, as well as the #6 spot on the outdoor 800m all-time list. 📸 jrhodesathletics
