This week, we’re proud to spotlight one of our supporter groups, Rose Room Collective. 🖤 Aaron Bland co-founded the group with just four members and a simple but powerful goal: create a cohesive space that actively uplifts and represents fans of color within our Spirit community. What began as a small group has grown to over 100 supporters; proof that even a few voices can spark real change. As a club rooted in the heart of Washington, D.C., connection to our city matters. Rose Room continues to help us listen better, engage deeper, and celebrate the supporters who make this community what it is. Aaron encourages fans across the NWSL to create more spaces with the intention of elevating marginalized voices: “Even if it’s just 10 of you, it makes a difference.”
