This is the Caesar dressing I used on the chicken Caesar smash burger I posted yesterday.
It’s actually my parents’ recipe but once you make it homemade it’s hard to go back to bottled.
🥗SAVE FOR RECIPE:
1/3c evoo
1 egg YOLK
4 garlic cloves (about tbsp)
4 anchovies (or the whole can like I do)
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp Dijon
2tbsp red wine vinegar
S & P
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Mix everything except the evoo and after blended slowly add the evoo to emulsify.
