You probably don’t even remember this, but our first time meeting was at the Iverson Classic when you were still in high school… Sytia Messer was there, so I already knew what was coming. I knew you’d be special for LSU Tigers women’s basketball… but what you did? Different. You are a key piece in one of the most impactful eras in LSU history. Leader. Performer. Star on and off the court! I’ve had the pleasure of capturing you in your element and you’re just as solid a person as you are a player. Salute to Ms. Lakia, because she raised a real one.
