The codes are: Volcano River Silence Darkness Hunger To unlock The Gatekeeper, the guy in the basement tells you that where he is. You have to click the ground portion of the "Coming Soon!" screen in the level page. The Gatekeeper's door then comes up, and he asks for a Master Emblem. This can then be bought in Scratch's shop for 1000 mana orbs, and he'll let you in. You can then enter the codes from there! I figured them out pretty easily when I was streaming this morning.
